Does anyone know if the valves are adjustable on a 93 hijet and iff so what they should be set at?

Left hand drive. 2 wd. extended cab 1993 model
valve clearence (hot) IN.-0.010 in. or 0.25mm
(hot)EX.-0.012 in. or 0.30mm
Got this info. out of owners manual that was found under seat.
