Hello everyone ! I live in Alaska , and I'm looking into the minis for a lot of reasons ... snow removal being the biggest ,plus working around the house and playing in the hills .
I have a lot to learn about these ,, but I've been reading on here and found a lot of help already . Looking forward to learning more ....... Thanks so far !

I am in the same boat as you. I am looking for a mini for plowing ALOT of snow. My driveway is up over a mountain and is 2.5 miles long. I have seen a few minis with the Blackline plow installed. But, I am not a big fan of the Blackline but I haven't seen any with any other plow yet.

scesnick,,,
Like yourself , I'm not a big fan of the Blackline plow either . I've been looking at plows for rhinos and the like . I can fab and weld , so thats not a problem . Just finding the plow I like .

I have a Rhino now and of course, it has a plow. I went with the Cycle Country 72" plow. It has held up well for the past three years. But, the push tubes hook to a skid plate like piece of metal that hooks directly to the frame of the rhino and is right underneath the machine itself. This set up works REALLY well for a rhino but i don't think it would work on a mini truck because you wouldn't be able to raise the plow very high. I think the tubes would end up hitting the front bumper.
I do know that the Eagle plow hooks right into the front receiver of a Rhino. This would work alot better for a mini truck but I have heard stories of them twisting when worked hard. But that isn't anything a few braces and a weld or two couldn't solve..
