I found a source that is sellin 145-80-12 mud and snow tires for $40 each.
1-800-234-5242 ebay@nebraskatire.com . I also informed him about this sight and that he may want to advertise on here. I have NO connection with him and am in no way trying to sneak an ad in. I just thought this may be a helpful find.
