Ball Joints n Tierod ends

Hey I am looking to do the ball joints n tie rod ends on my
1992 mits minicab U42V minicab 3G38.

I read a post elsewhere that Justy, Galant and lancer parts were compatible with the late 80's versions of this vehicle.

Does anyone know if this is still the case for my year?
OR
Does anyone know of an easy part cross reference for these?

Any info would be great.
