i bought a item from them, they sent it to me, it was broken, they blamed the carrier and made them pay for it. so i send it back, they send another one, it is broken again, this time the carrier will not pay as they said it was not their fault. now rsm associates will not reimburse me for my item that is broken. will never trust them or do business with them again. just letting you know.
