I'm posting this for my father - but the truck is located in my garage and either he (vashrink45@aol.com) or I (shepherdsfold@comcast.net) can be contacted for info.
Here's the info he typed up on it for me:
I purchased this Kei truck a few months ago from a local agency (Peoria Housing Authority) that had been using it for a number of years as a plumber’s service vehicle in a housing complex. I had seen the vehicle parked at a local service dealership and inquired as to its availability. I was told that the agency had brought it in for some sort of servicing, and during a change of management at the agency, they sort of lost track of the truck and apparently forgot about it. The service dealership told me it had been there for at least two years and they had lost track of what it needed. I contacted the agency and purchased the truck. The had no titles for any of their service trucks and said they were not necessary as they are used off-road. The truck is in pretty good shape. I believe it is a 1994 model year (taken from the seat belt tag). With a new battery, the lights all work (signal, brake, flashers) with the exception of the one that has been broken. The engine turns over smoothly, but I have not flushed the system or added fuel as I keep it in someone else’s garage. The man at the service dealership thought the truck had come in with some sort of carburetor problem initially, but he could find no paperwork on this particular truck (they have serviced the fleet of these Kei truck for some years) and was not sure what it needs.

the bed has a weathered spray-on protective liner
Reading brand tool boxes are mounted on each side of the bed with top lids and front lids
ladder rack on top w/moveable clamps
some rust and perforation on driver’s side floorboard, easily patched
Battery box door missing
Asking $1000 O.B.O.
