Up here in Northern Canada, we get ALOT of snow. I drive a 2002 Toyota Echo Hatchback (canadian market) and the biggest problem I have is getting high centered.
Its no big deal, BUT the engine is shelided nicely so the snow cant pack into the engine compartment.
Now on my 91 Honda Acty, its a different story. It appears the air intake is near the rear axle, and the motor is fully exposed that if i get high centered, a whole lot of verrrry cold snow will pack into a nice and hot engine, i'm worried it may cause some damage.
Does anyone make a snorkel kit (first problem solved) and a rear engine guard/skidplate (second problem solved)for these mini-truck?
Any other things to think about before the long, cold winter???
Thanks ahead of time,
