Where do I find engine number?

I found one stamp on the head, but apparently that's not "the engine number". I found the ID tag inside the cab, but that's not "the engine number" either. Where is the seven digit engine number stamped in the 1990 1990 ACTY?? Anyone know? I had my mechanic look for it and he insists the stamp on the block is the number, but my parts supplier says no, not so.

It should have a E07A engine in it but I'm not familiar with Honda beyond this.
