Can anyone out there post a copy of the Transfer Case schematic for a Mitsubishi?
Thank you in advance,

Try looking at the members gallery. Dan has some pics of one that he took out and disassembled. It's kind of difficult to find stuff in the gallery. I don't like how it's setup, but they're in there somewhere. Exactly what happened? Mine locked up when I was going about 25 and then something in the transfer case broke. It will shift into low but no 4 wheel drive. I am still driving it everyday in 2 wheel until I get time to pull it out. Let us know what you find out, it would help me out.
heres what i found in mine...

Dan to the rescue!!! :D
I don't know about that...:o
I think most of the jdm units are push button or automated somehow arent they? It still might give a little insight to what could be in there though.

Transfer case is stuck it is one of two problems with the solenoids. First remove from fuse box number 6 fuse (15amp) (top right fuse in fuse box). This will kill the circuit and magnetic solenoids with drop (retract). Shake vehicle to assist solenoids retract..LOL. Put the fuse back in and have an assistant under the vehicle to listen to solenoid 1 & 2 for clicking sound (high tech here) while you cycle the switch. No click sound unplug connector and check power. The connector is C-26 and color coded LG-B. If no power check your switch. I’ve had two go bad but never lost a solenoid.
Cheers,
Don
