(A special 'Thanks' to jtpc. I would not have known about these wheels, had it not been for Josh).
My wheels are MB 5X from Discount Tire Direct.
The wheels are 14", 4x100 & 4x114 (dual pattern) bolt pattern, 5.5" wide, and a 35 offset,
Here is a link to the variety of 14"s available in 4x100 from Discount Tire Direct-

Your DiaZ II is a Subaru Sambar model. I can't see Subaru making a special bolt pattern just for the Diaz II, so I am of the opinion that the bolt pattern is 4x100. You can easily confirm this upon delivery. The wheels & tires described in the above posts will give you a starting point. Jason at www.northtexasminitrucks.com just put a set of custom wheels on his "Classic" Subaru van. Here is the link for you to see them (scroll way down to see the new wheels):

After giving this a bit more thought, I made my reply without knowing really what you wanted to use the tires & wheels for. Some things to consider are that the stock tires are approximately 4" wide by about 22.5" in diameter. There are 12"x7" rims available for use with 23"x 12" offroad tires and 13", 14", and 15" rims available in 5.5 to 6" widths that can be fitted with a wide variety of highway tread tires that are available in 22" to 23" in diameter.
If you let me know what you plan to use the tires for, I will be happy to share my limited knowledge and make some suggestions.

I'm not totally sure, but the wheels are probably the same as my '91 Sambar truck. The bolt pattern is 4x100 with a 59.1mm centerbore. I visited the junkyard and found that the stock '97 Nissan Sentra 13" steel rims fit perfectly, and the centerbore was the same to give it a nice hubcentric fit. The wheels came with 175/70R13 tires, and I used them on the truck. The same era Nissan Sentra and 200sx also had some good-looking alloy accessory wheels which may work fine too. After the Nissan wheels, I added the Crossroads 2" lift and changed to my spare Scion xB 15" rims. I had the centerbores machined from stock 54.1 to 59.1mm. The bolt pattern fit--4x100. I have now installed 175/70R15 tires and they ride the roads of Mississippi and offroad as well so much smoother than before. The 13" tires; however, gave the little truck a much better stance and ride than the stock 12's.
