tie-rod part number??

Does anyone have information on part numbers or interchangeability for my 1992 Subaru Sambar.
The tie-rod ends are worn out and I need a source but first I need part numbers or interchangability info.

i have yet to find ends for my Midget. but am getting by , i took the outer end loose and turned the ball 90 degrees , then tightened it back down . this took most of the slack out till i can find some.
