14" stock honda mags

I have a 1994 ACTY. My buddy in Florida has a set of stock Honda mags 14".
To mount these will I need spacers or will they clear the front strut? Has anybody done this switch before? I do a lot of traveling with my truck and seems the larger tires will drop my rpms at 60mph quite a bit. Here is a picture of the rim and its info. Thanks. Stitch

If the tire is much larger than stock ,say 25" tall, you will experience a drop top end power and speed.

the tire measures 22.5 inches
