Have any of you guys ever removed the doors on your trucks? If so, how hard was it, and how about putting them back on?
We'd like to take ours off this spring/summer because of the number of times getting in and out doing "chores" and "Spring clean-up" around the "farm".
Thanks,
Tmikewww

I've done it a few times without anyone helping. I just set the end of the door on a small stool and then removed the bolts and the swing stop pin. Took about 4 minutes per door.

It certainly gives you easy entry and exit. I might just keep them off for the summer this time.

They're easy to get off but sometimes a total PIA to get back on! With the way the door opens you don't have a lot of room to fit your fingers and the pin back there to get it reinstalled:frustration:

my wife can get them off in less than 4 minutes... park along side the big pole at the gas pump and back up without closing the door... it's almost impossible to get them back on though :D

I have mine off and I'm fabbing some tube doors using Jeep paddle latches. I'll post when they're done. Don't forget you lose your side mirrors when the doors come off.

my wife is the first to admit she sucks at driving... the car she was driving when we met she bought brand new and it was 3 years old at the time... and it, well, um, looked like a ... raisin :D
