The battery cover was missing on my Acty when I got it. I figured it was time I whipped up some sort of apparatus to cover it up. I'm not sure what the originals looked like or what they are made out of. I'm guessing it was probably plastic, but I made one out of diamond plate aluminum. The shiny aluminum looked a bit out of place, so I beadblasted the finish off of it and painted it satin black. I figured it turned out well enough even if it doesn't look stock.
