Interior Light Out

The interior light on my rearview mirror in my 1994 Diahatsu HiJet did work, but now it does not. I tested the wires, but they have no electricity. I do not see a fuse that is blown, nor can I even find where the wire ties into the wiring harness.

Does this light go through the fuse box? How do I find a short in the wiring?

Did you try replacing the bulb? Due to the location of the fuse box, it would be entirely possible that the bulb is in the circuit ahead of the switch.
