Old posts coming up as new posts

this has happened a couple times. I hit the new posts button on the main bar and i get a fair bit of hits. So I look through them and see the posts etc. like today the mini brutes may 09 thread came up. got all excited about it then saw that I was the last one to post in this "new" thread and saw it was from LAST YEAR...

so what gives? this isn't the first time or I wouldn't be posting this.

here is an example. also the "last poster" guy, when i click on their names it goes to someone else.

Yeah this is or was an issue with a spam plug in that I wrote. I will get the update so that it doesn't do that... I though I updated it. :D

hmm. I had that problem but it has been fixed for me.
