hey guys ive got a 95 mits and a 90 sambar that will not crank if you mash gas when they are cold and try to crank them. this is a real problem cant sell them if they wont crank. any suggestions will be a great help. they migh start after sitting for couple of hours. :frustration:

Hmmm, your post is rather confusing...will the engines turn over or not?
If they do are you letting off the pedal after pushing it down? It sounds like a choke valve setting...but could be spark. Have you checked using the usual proceedures, i.e. spark, fuel pumping, etc.?
If they don't turn over battery to starter problem, short in cables, dead battery?

I had a mini truck mechanic mention to me that poor starting (as well as poor performance) can be linked to the ignition points needing replacement. Dunno for sure, but maybe...?
