Carry extended cab modification or Every Van

I know there are places that will modify the cab of a Carry to better accomodate the North American driver. I'm relatively new to this....are Every's available for export to Canada? That is to say: 15 to 17 years old, or so??

Might possibly have interest in Dihatsu Deck vans as well.
