S110P vs S210P Chassis

I see alot of parts for the older S110P chassis but little to none for the S210P. Anyone know if the drive train components are really the same? i.e. clutch, water pump, brakes, etc....

I havent had a need to call yet. I was just trying to figure out what the major differences were in design and layout of the drivetrain/suspension. If any?
