I came across one of those digital readout battery connectors that are used in high powered stereos and decided it needed to be repurposed...and considering it was $4 on clearance from $40 I thought it was worth a shot. I removed the tiny little voltage display and cut the entire aluminum body down to fit in the useless cubby in the left side of the Gauge cluster in my Hijet. Hooked it to ignition on power and now have a small useable voltage gauge...Neat feature on this particular display is that it only comes on when voltage is unstable..once voltage is stabilized it shuts off the display so is not intrusive when you drive at night...I'll put up a link to a short vid of it in action. Audio from my phone cam sucks sorry
