Need Help

I have a 1990 model with diff & axle lock. They do not work. I can't get any lights to come on. When you check the vacume it will lock up the rearend. Therefore it has to be in the electrical system I think. You can't even tell which wire is supposed to be the hot because there is no hot wire coming in.
Can someone give me 10 or 15 options that I have't alredy checked?

Im not sure what you mean by your axle lock is not working? Your front tires will not turn at all when engaged into 4wd via the transfer case ?
Keep in mind that axle lock does not lock both front tires like the differential lock locks both back tires so that they will both pull no matter what.
