91 sambar dasboard light problem

my instrument cluster lights have gone out, hedlights work just fine but main beam light is iluminated when side or dip is on, but goes out when main/full beam is used

please help

 

didnt know if it may be a fuse? as im not that good at reading japanese
and cant make out what the fuses are for?:frustration:

 

all sorted now, had a leaking front window shorted out the dash, sealed the leak now all is ok
