    Default What sort of weight can be towed?

    I have a 1.3 16valve EFI and have been offered a towbar for it free of charge, which would be handy as we do quite a bit of camping, but what sort of weight could they safely pull as I can't find a towing weight in the handbook, only axle weight, is it the same?

    The towing limit for the Piaggio porter van..which is the same as your Daihatsu..is around 650kg...Grab the towbar,it'll be useful for sure..

    OK thanks, it's not a great amount then, I think the trailer I already have weighs more than that, before I fill it up
