I have three timing points on my timing, but they are not marked. Does anyone know what each is labeled? Also is the number one plug the first one you see under the seat?

    Cyl 1 is forward.

Now if I could find out what the timing should be set to.....

If you are talking about the marks on the flywheel ,on a Suzuki they are 20,10 and T,which means 20 deg advanced,10 deg advanced and top dead center. Most of these trucks from the 90's are 7 deg advanced at 950 rpm +/- 50 but most people find they run better at around 10 deg advanced.
