Bill reintroduced to make mini trucks street legal in West Virginia

While searching the internet for info on driving on public roads in WV, I found that a bill (HB2150) was introduced last January that, if passed, will allow limited usage on WV public roads. I emailed Delegates Shaver and Williams, the bill sponsors, to find out how I could support this bill. This was Delegate Shaver's reply:

Chuck,

Under the Manchin administration the Department of Highways refused
to let our legislation legalize Mini Trucks, so we were not able to get the
bill passed. At the time, President of the Senate Earl Ray Tomblin was in
favor of legalizing Mini Truck usage on rural highways. A group of
pro-Mini Truck usage on rural highways legislators plan to reintroduce this
bill this session. Hopefull if Earl Ray Tomblin is governor then he will
tell highways to back off and we can get a bill passed.
