    hi,
Im part way through re-assembling my E07A, ive noticed that some of the valve springs seem heavier than the others - is it me or are the inlet and exhuast springs slightly different?
if they are - is it the inle or the exhuast which should be heavier?

The manual doenst seem to mention anything about different spring weights,,,,

    thanks!

    Hi All,

Just so we can all learn - i found out that the heavier valve springs are for the inlet valves becuase the inlets are bigger so have a bigger seat area so need more force to get the same pressure on the seat, also they are slightly heavier so need more force from the heavier spring to make them change direction ie close, it as helps to stop valve bounce.
