    Hi Guys:

My 1992 S83P Jumbo exhaust system is rotten from the manifold to the bumper. What is available for replacement, or do I have to custom build it ?
Any and all advice is welcome.

    Cheers

My guess would be to take it to a muffler shop and have them build one. as long as the flange to manifold is ok they should be able to get it done. Leave the cat. out if building a new one and ground out the cat. sensor to frame to kill the lt. on dash.
You would most likely want to cut your throat if you bought a new oem muffler assy.

    Hi Trax
I,m not cutting my throat over a muffler
The shop wants almost $700.00 to supply a new catalytic converter, muffler, tail pipe etc - including $27.50 for "shop supplies" - Woo-Hoo!
Looks like I will weld the hole in my Cat, and bust out the guts, put a new muffler for $40.00, bend up a tail pipe from 1 1/4" and with my shop supplies ( beer ) should have it done for under $100.00.

    Cheers

100.00 green backs, that what I'm talking about.
There's always more than one way to skin a cat and I'm a cat skinner.
