Drag Racing (For your MiniTruck) at Saskatoon International Raceway.

We are meeting at 6PM.
Entry to the track is $25 payable at the track, to the track.

Vehicles must be street legal and registered/plated. Not that I expect anyone to show up from the States, but you likely will not be allowed to race if your vehicle is not insured for street use.

Saturday July 12th
7 PM - Evening Supper get-together. Ideas for locations? FuddRuckers?

After Supper - 8th Street and city cruising. (Likely close to 9 pm.) Would a group of 40 trucks not be wicked cruising the streets?!

Racing is held at Credit Union Center parking lot. $5 for first-timers, $20 for repeat customers. $10 if you have a club membership.

Helmets required. There are club helmets, but only 2. Its best if you have your own approved helmet.


This weekend is in conjunction with our official grand opening. Radio stations on location promoting the excitement.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, I am open to anything to help make this a huge success.
Should we get decals? Shirts or Hats?
Show and Shine?
Dyno Day? Haha.



Does anyone know of a good place to off-road within a close distance of Saskatoon? Maybe we can sling some mud on the weekend too.

I understand racing is not really what these trucks are for, but its gonna be a blast! Most people who own a MiniTruck are open minded and should see the potential for an insanely fun weekend.

Please post any ideas, no matter how absurd they may be. Saturday during the day is shot for us at the shop as we have to be open. That may be a good time and place to just Show & Shine, or tour around and go shopping in town. Maybe zip out to the lake for a photo shoot?

So Jeremy... how'd the big event go? Did you get to race after all? Our weather sucked here the last few days so I didn't make the trip in for racing Friday night. Couldn't get away from here until 6pm anyway and had to be back for morning. Didn't sound like much fun, especially with rain forecast. Hope it went well and you had a good weekend.?
