    Default Nuts too Small

I am putting 13x5.5 "Old School" deep dish slotted wheels with 185-60-13 highway tires on my 91 HiJet Jumbo 2WD. My truck has 10x1.50mm lug nuts. There seems to be no mag wheel lugs nuts made in the 10x1.50 size, only 12x1.50mm. So it looks like I will need to 're-stud' my hubs. I could go with 7/16" wheel studs or 12x1.50mm studs. What do you think? The wheels are a 'Unibolt'. The lugs I need are the sleeved and shoulder type lug nuts as below. This is NOT a picture of my actual wheels, but this is the correct type lug nut I need with and oblong washer.

    Greg,
Do you think it's a good idea to start a thread and tag it with that title

Fremont, what is wrong with it? It is true, the studs aren't the right size either. Seems the studs and lug nuts on my truck are the same size as a Honda Recon or Craftsman mower, 10x1.50mm. I switched them all out last night to 12x1.50mm, a very common size today.

Don't feel bad. When I put the trailer hitch on my truck, my bolt was too short and the ball was too small.
