What plug wires can you use to replace plugs and wires at autozone or napa?

i can't promise they would fit but chevy sprint, geo metro and daihatsu charade all had 3 cylinder motors. money would probably be better spent contacting one of the site sponsors and getting stuff that is made for your vehicle... might take a few days to ship but will save you a lot of headache i think... JMHO

I tried the metro wires and they don't work. Any other ideas?

if those don't work fro the other cars too you might buy a set of "make-your-own" wires? if you want to avoid all the headache though, you might call one of the advertisers at the top of the page, they have NOS parts for your truck... i haven't used them yet but i hear g&r imports is pretty good.
