1990 Carry - Axle Lock NOT WORKING

I need help from anyone who has had this problem. My axle is not working. The light indicates in the gauges that the 4 Wheel drive is on, the axle light button doesn't light up, there is no power. I have the same problem as on page 7 Re: 1991 Carry. I can't find the control assembly for the 4 Wheel drive??????

Check the vacuum lines leading to the axle lock actuator. If they leak, it won't shift the actuator, therefore, won't make the indicator light up.
