The carbuerator is flooding on my mini truck. Does anyone know who works on these in the Grenada, MS area ? It also looks like I will soon needs some brake pads. Thanks !!
I would like a copy I would llike a copy of those, I have a 97 Suzuki. Thanks Terry doughertypaintco@netzero.net
Don-in-Japan I would also like a copy of the carb adjustment pages for '92-'94 Suzuki carry. Customer has a '92, called said it was missing and no power, when he pulled into the shop you could smell how rich it was running. We changed plugs and oil and ran like a top. Two days later back to the same thing. Thanks. jsrollins@brtc.net
Carb Specs Could you email those to me for an '89 Daihatsu. Thanks. I also need O rings for both of the solenoids in the carb. Anyone have these Orings?
Don - mine is doing the same thing. Smells rich and then floods out. Could you e-mail me a copy of the carb adjustments. greene.tim@aidb.state.al.us Thanks - Tim
They are in my photo album.. just search for my name "Don-in-Japan" in the photo galleries, and right click to download. 6 sheets of carb info.
just thought i might mention something we ran across on the suzuki trucks. we found that the choke was not turning off soon enough and the engine at idle was very rich and soon fowled the sparkplugs so bad with black soot that the truck either wouldnt start or was very difficult to start. to solve the problem we cleaned the coolant inlet and outlet nipples on the choke assy. we removed the two coolant hoses and used a drill bit to clean out the nipples and flushed them with water and reinstalled the hoses and it fixed the problem. hope this helps.
Minitruck repair I saw an old post tonight where you were looking for someone to work on your truck. I live just south of Oxford, MS. I take on an occasional truck to work on here and there. You've probably got your carb problem fixed by now, but if you need some help e mail me.
Attached is a picture of my f5a carburator. Pls help me identify where is the idle speed screw and the mixture screw.

Don-in-Japan, any chance I could get the carb adjustment info for this vehicle? george.r.walton@gmail.com Thank you
Does anyone have any knowledge on this carb? I asked the seller from the Philippines and they have no working knowledge of this carb or choke? Even if I have to get a choke cable that isn't the worst? http://www.ebay.com/itm/121864650625?ul_noapp=true
I tried the search and did find some old posts about vac line routing but couldn't open them? Does anyone have the vac line routes and an idea about how many feet of what size I would need to replace them all?
