Hijet S110P clicking noise and decreased fuel economy and power

My truck is having some issues. Any help/suggestions are very much appreciated. It is making this clicking/popping mechanical noise when accelerator is pressed. Feels like it slips and loses power. Most noticeable on cold starts, but occasionally happens while driving. Coincided with a general decrease in power, fuel economy over last year.

 

totally sounds like that engine is missing... at the very least. What do your spark plugs look like?

 

Here are the plugs I took out, but the video is with new NGK plugs and new wires.

have you tried to clean the distributor (does it have a distributor?)

After that I'd graduate in to checking cylinder compression and maybe timing...

 

New cap and rotor. So, I guess I'm on to the next step.
