I have a 1990 Suzuki Carry 660 DB51T that needs a replacement relay for the fuel pump. Do I need to start searching mini-truck websites and pay for an overpriced OE replacement or can I go to the local parts store and find a compatable relay that will work?
depends on what type of relay it is.. i'm a fan of the generic bosche relays... you can always rewire the pump to use one if you know what the wires do.. run a search on here for bosche relays... i posted up about a year ago with good pics, scematics and wiring diagrams.
Mighty Milt, I realize this is an old post, but I also need a new relay for my fuel pump, (1990 Carry- under dash). Did you ever get a bosche relay to work for you? If so, any way you can post how you managed to wire it? Thanks in advance..
