S83P Timing belt replacement after it broke.

    92 S83P Daihatsu timing belt broke do you have to pull #1 plug to get top dead center? If so is one in the front or back? I have aligned the marks still doesn't have compression! Does anyone think valve went through pistion?

    # 1 is the front cylinder. You probably just bent a few valves

    Yeh bent five valves. Now I can't get it to fire correctly it is orange any tips
