Without the photo, I believe you are talking about the backside of the exterior light for the bed of the pickup. And no it isn’t a plug in for 110 although it does look like it. Just the backer plate for the light.
Yeah there's a pull switch on the back of the cab in the corner above the window. If it's pulled out, your ebrake is engaged and your lights are on then it will turn the bed light on.
